The City of Franklin Municipal Judge is appointed by the Mayor and City Council.
The Judge’s position is part-time with office hours only on Court dates.
Court dates are the second and fourth Tuesday’s of the month from 08:00 – 11:00 am.
The Municipal Court is located at 319 Bremond Street at the City Hall building. The mailing address for the Court is P.O. Box 428, Franklin, TX 77856.
Tickets can be paid online at trafficpayment.com (see link below) or via phone at 1-800-444-1187.
The Court does not accept personal checks. Payment by mail must be either Cashier’s Check or Money Order payable to the Franklin Municipal Court.
